These terms govern the use of the Polshr website (polshr.com) and Polshr Creator Sourcing, our internal creator research tool. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Polshr Creator Sourcing uses YouTube API Services. By using our services, or any YouTube content or data provided through them, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Our handling of YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy, which refers to the Google Privacy Policy.

Polshr Creator Sourcing is an internal tool. It is used only by Polshr team members to research creators for brand campaigns. It is not sold, licensed or made available to the public.

Anyone using the tool on our behalf must:

use it only to research and evaluate creators for legitimate brand partnership work;

comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies;

access only publicly available YouTube data;

not use the tool to harass, spam, scrape private information or contact creators in a misleading way.

We use public channel and video data only to evaluate creators' fit, activity and audience engagement.

We do not sell YouTube data or provide it to third parties for their own use.

When we share a creator shortlist with a brand client, it contains creator names, links to their public YouTube channels and summary figures derived from public data.

Stored YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you are a creator and would like us to remove your information from our records, or to stop contacting you, email azzy@polshr.online and we will do so promptly.

Our website and services are provided "as is". Figures in creator shortlists are based on public data at the time they were collected and may change. We do not guarantee the results of any campaign.

To the extent permitted by law, Polshr is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia
