Polshr is an influencer marketing agency that connects brands with content creators. Contact: azzy@polshr.online

Our internal research tool uses YouTube API Services to find and evaluate YouTube creators who may be a good fit for brand partnerships.

By using YouTube content or data through our services, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube data is handled in line with the Google Privacy Policy.

Through the YouTube Data API we access publicly available information only:

Channel information: channel name, description, country, subscriber count, and any business contact email the creator has published in their public channel description.

Video information: titles, descriptions, tags, publish dates, durations, and public view, like and comment counts.

Public comments: a small sample of public comments on recent videos, used only to estimate audience engagement and authenticity in aggregate.

We do not:

ask anyone to sign in with their Google or YouTube account;

access private data, private videos or account settings;

upload, edit, post or delete anything on YouTube;

sell YouTube data or share it with third parties for their own use.

We use this information to:

identify creators whose content and audience match a brand campaign;

check that a channel is active and has a genuine, engaged audience;

check whether a creator has already worked with a specific brand or its competitors;

contact creators about potential partnerships using business contact details they have made public.

Results are kept in internal shortlists used by our team. When we share a shortlist with a brand client, it contains creator names, links to their public YouTube channels, and summary figures derived from public data.

YouTube API data is stored only as long as needed for the purposes above. We refresh or delete stored YouTube API data within 30 days. Derived summaries in shortlists are reviewed and refreshed regularly.

If you are a creator and would like us to remove your information from our records, or to stop contacting you, email us at azzy@polshr.online and we will do so promptly.

If you have ever granted any application access to your Google account, you can review or revoke that access at any time at Google security settings. Our tool does not request access to your account.
